What happens when inventory is damaged?

We generally receive and process FBA Prep shipments within same-day to 24 hours of delivery if there are no issues with the shipment.

While handling the inventory, we may identify damages. If so, we will automatically remove the inventory from the shipment (and continue with the "good to sell" inventory).

Our team will contact you by email to inform you of the damaged inventory and request your guidance on further action.
