Troubleshooting – Order Not Appearing – Missing SKU
MISSING SKU
When an order is imported for a SKU that does not exist in Shiphero, the order will not appear to the fulfillment queue for picking and shipping.
This can be recognized by a "Ready To Ship" = No or "Is Pickable" = No order status and by a non-URL link for the Sku.

To fix this, create the SKU manually or import it into Shiphero. Then verify checking the order again. You will see a clickable SKU link and may need to click "Reprocess" for the "Ready to Ship" and "Is Pickable" statuses to update to Yes.
