How to Track Pallet / LTL Shipments
When shipping by pallets to Amazon FBA, a Bill of Lading (BOL) will be provided by Seller Central to the contact listed on the shipment. This is normally FBAFlexPrep (Support@fbaflexprep.com) and we will receive the BOL directly from Amazon the morning of the shipment pickup.
Once picked up by the Amazon-assigned carrier, the driver will provide a PRO Number in the form of a sticker or hand-written number that will be used to track the pallet shipment.
FBAFlexPrep will take a photo of the BOL containing the PRO Number and share this with our clients for proof of delivery and tracking documentation.
The carriers most commonly used for pickups are listed belong along with the tracking pages where PRO Numbers can be entered:
- Estes Express – https://www.estes-express.com/myestes/shipment-tracking/
- YRC / Roadway – https://my.yrc.com/tools/track/shipments?referenceNumberType=PRO
- Central Transport – http://www.centraltransportint.com/confirm/trace.aspx
- AAA Cooper – https://www.aaacooper.com/Transit/ProTrackResults.aspx
NOTE: When shipping to FBA by ground (such as with UPS Ground), tracking information is available within Seller Central under Manage FBA Shipments. Such tracking within Seller Central is not available with pallet shipments, which are trackable only through the freight carrier's website. Once the pallet shipment arrives at Amazon, then Amazon will begin the normal receiving process.
