Here's how to access the portal to view your inventory details.

PORTAL LOGIN

• To access your E-Commerce Fulfillment portal, go to the following URL: app.shiphero.com
• Your login credentials are:

NAVIGATION
The most common screens you will use are:

• Products - Check SKUs, inventory levels, and manually add products (do not manually add if we have integrated with your storefront)
• Manage Orders - Check your orders
• Create An Order (Manual) - If you need to create a manual order
• Reports > Shipments - View fulfilled order shipments and tracking numbers
• Inventory Change Log - View inventory change activity 
• Users - Manage your users (including sub-account users for your staff)
