How to Pay with Zelle

Zelle is a great payment method option because there are no credit card processing fees incurred.

To send a Zelle payment for your invoice, add FBAFlexPrep as a recipient within your Zelle bank account using the contact: BILLING@FBAFLEXPREP.COM

Please note in the payment memo your Invoice Number. It will be formatted as INV-123456.

Once your payment is sent, you are done! Thank you for your business. Please allow our team a few days to reconcile the payment against your invoice and you will see the invoice status updated thereafter.

  • A method of securely and quickly transferring funds between USA banks without transaction fees (unlike credit card payment methods).
• Is it safe?
  • Yes, it's a built-in feature of most major USA banks such as Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and others.
• There is a daily limit to what I can send. What do I do?
  • The daily limit is set by each bank. If you need to send more than the daily limit allows, then send a partial amount first and continue to send the remainder the next day(s).
• How do I sign up?
  • Check your bank's online portal. It most likely is built-in already. If not, you can find more information here.
