How to Enable Amazon Support Permission on your FBAFlexPrep Seller Central Sub-Account

  1. Open Manage Users in Seller Central. (Note: You must be logged into your Primary Seller Central account to modify the User Permissions.)
  2. Find the User you created for FBAFlexPrep and click the "Manage Permissions" button:



  1. Under Settings, find Manage Your Cases and click the radio-button for "View & Edit".



  1. Save.
