Updating an Order's Shipping Address

Order addresses may sometimes need to be updated due to:

• Customers entering the wrong address or wanting to change the shipping address
• Shipping address verification issues (typos)
• Gift shipping or dropshipping name changes

You can modify an order's shipping address only if it is not fulfilled yet by our warehouse, so it is important to make the updates immediately upon receiving the request.

HOW TO UPDATE AN ORDER'S SHIPPING ADDRESS

1. Within ShipHero, go to: Orders Manage Orders

2. Search for your order number and click the order number to open the Order Details page.

3. Scroll down until you see "Shipping Address" on the right-hand side. It will look like this:

Click the pencil icon at the top-right to make changes.
