How to Add Users

This guide shows you how to add multiple users to your ShipHero account so that multiple people can login and view/update inventory simultaneously.

First, you have to set up Groups & Permissions for your Users.

1. Go to "My Accounts" > "Groups & Permissions": https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/groups

2. Add the appropriate permissions and save.

Now you can add Users.

1. Go My Accounts > Users  https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/users

3. Enter the requested fields and save.

You can leave the default settings and just enter the First Name, Last Name, Email, Password.
